AJ10 Publisher (“the application”) is a private tool built and operated by Amanjot Malhotra for his own use. It has one user: its author. This policy describes exactly what it handles.

Data the application collects from you

None. The application has no sign-up, no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. This website is three static pages and sets no cookies.

Data the application handles for its owner

• A Google OAuth refresh token for the owner’s own YouTube account. It is stored in a permission-restricted file on the owner’s personal computer and is never transmitted anywhere except to Google when exchanging it for an access token.
• Cricket photographs and scorecards that the owner supplies himself. These stay on the owner’s computer.
• Public metadata from the owner’s own YouTube channel, such as video titles and identifiers, read in order to attach a thumbnail to the right video.

YouTube API Services

The application uses YouTube API Services. By authorising it you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The application requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl, which is required to set a video thumbnail. It uses that access solely to read the owner’s own channel and to upload thumbnails to the owner’s own videos.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking immediately and permanently ends the application’s ability to act.

Sharing, selling, retention

Nothing is sold, shared, transferred or disclosed to any third party. There are no advertisers, no data brokers and no third-party processors. Stored credentials are deleted by deleting them from the owner’s machine; there is no server-side copy because there is no server.
